Geotechnical investigation studies provide the client with pertinent information relative to his or her specific site, enabling the design team to prepare foundation design for the structure. The geotechnical report presents the results of our:

• Engineering analysis

The report addresses:

1. Foundation Loads
2. Anticipated grading requirements
3. Classification, consolidation, and shear strength of the foundation soil
4. Traffic indexes to be used to design the pavement sections for the proposed paved areas
5. Recommendations for the foundations

For the drilling of exploratory test holes, we use mobile drill rigs, providing flexibility and prompt scheduling, as well as superior quality control in obtaining undisturbed core samples which are tested in our laboratories.
